Make
your Visa reservation in a few simple steps.
1. Register
When you register,
make sure you fill out ALL the fields, including the fly-out menus.
Incomplete forms will be refused by our system.
This step should
take 10 minutes. You will need to know such things as your status
in Canada, the visa expiration date, your departure date...
2. Save your profile
If your data
is entered, press the save button, a message will confirm your
registration and indicate an email has been sent with your account
password.
3. Check your email
for your password
Within seconds,
you will have a new password mailed to you. Please note this password,
you will need it to login the system.
4. Login
Now it's time
to login. Using your email as a login, and your password, you will
now be able to enter the system.
5. Pick a date
Carefully pick
a date from the calendar, if you are booking for more than one
person, please select the accurate number of people this appointment
is for. Do not make multiple appointments, accounts that do so
will be immediately deleted and appointments will be
cancelled without notice.
6. Confirm
Once you have
selected a date, you must confirm your choice. Once confirmed,
you are bound to respect this date. No-shows will have their accounts
cancelled without notice.

7. Cancellation
The
booking system is now allowing you to cancel your appointment.
As a measure of courtesy, please do not overbook. Individual
practising overbooking will have their profile and all their
appointments cancelled without notice. To cancel, select "My Appointments",
and click of "Details" to get to cancellation page.
8. Logout
When you have
finished and confirmed, you are required to logout for security
purposes. It is a good idea to quit the browser after logging out.
